Enrollment & Registration The maximum number of students for a course is limited. Registration may close once the class reaches full capacity. All enrollments are considered final upon completion of payment. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations by the Student If a student cancels their registration 1 week (7 days) before a course start date, a 50% refund will be issued. If a student cancels their registration within 1 week (7 days) of a course start date, no refund will be provided. Cancellations by World Tec College In the event that World Tec College cancels a course for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, etc.), students will receive a 100% refund of the course fee.
